Most dental insurance plans do provide coverage for endodontic treatment, although it’s uncommon for insurance to cover the full cost. Your exact coverage will depend on your individual plan, including factors like waiting periods, frequency limitations, and remaining benefits. Our practice works with many major PPO insurance providers and will help you understand your benefits before treatment begins. We also submit and track claims on your behalf to make the process as straightforward as possible. We can also submit a pre-authorization so you know exactly what to expect.

While insurance can help reduce your out-of-pocket cost, it is not a guarantee of coverage, and any remaining balance is the responsibility of the patient. Whenever possible, we will provide a clear estimate prior to treatment so you feel fully informed.

Even if your plan does not cover the full amount, we’ll walk you through all available options, including flexible financing solutions so you feel comfortable moving forward. We also welcome out-of-network patients and will help you maximize your available benefits.

Treatment Plan Estimate

Following a thorough evaluation, we will provide a detailed treatment plan outlining the recommended care and associated fees. If you are using dental insurance, please note that coverage may vary depending on your provider and plan limitations. To help us provide the most accurate estimate and assist with your benefits, we ask that you provide your insurance information prior to your visit. While we will estimate your coverage based on the information available, actual payments may vary.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. For patients with dental insurance, the estimated patient portion is due on the day of treatment. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA accounts.

Dental Insurance 

Your dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance provider. While we will assist in submitting and tracking your claims, insurance benefits are not guaranteed. If your insurance does not cover the full cost of treatment, any remaining balance is the responsibility of the patient, regardless of initial estimates. As a courtesy, we will submit claims on your behalf to help maximize your benefits.

Financing Options

For patients who prefer to spread the cost of treatment, we offer flexible financing options through CareCredit and Cherry. These options allow you to break your treatment cost into manageable monthly payments.

Returned Payments

A fee may be applied for any returned payments due to insufficient funds or other issues. The original balance and any associated fees must be settled using an alternative payment method.

Appointments & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. While appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
