TREATMENT DESIGNED TO REMOVE INFECTION AND SAVE YOUR TOOTH WHEN OTHER OPTIONS ARE NOT SUFFICIENT.
In some cases, infection can persist after root canal treatment or retreatment. When this occurs, an apicoectomy may be recommended to remove the source of infection and protect the long-term health of the tooth.
Led by Endodontist Dr. William Nudera, Root Canal Care Center provides precise, microsurgical treatment using advanced imaging and techniques to deliver predictable, long-term outcomes.

WHAT IS ROOT CANAL SURGERY, ALSO KNOWN AS AN APICOECTOMY?
A Root Canal Surgery is a minor surgical procedure used to remove infection at the tip of a tooth’s root when conventional root canal treatment alone is not sufficient. By accessing the root end directly, the source of infection can be carefully removed.
The end of the root is then cleaned and sealed with a small filling to help prevent further infection and support long-term healing. This approach allows us to preserve the natural tooth while addressing more complex or persistent issues.
OTHER ENDODONTIC SERVICES WE OFFER:
Endodontic Treatment
Endodontic Retreatment
Cracked Tooth Treatment
Cracks in teeth can cause discomfort and, if left untreated, may lead to infection or further damage.
At Root Canal Care Center, we use advanced imaging and specialist expertise to diagnose cracks accurately and provide targeted treatment designed to protect the tooth and relieve symptoms. Early diagnosis is key to preserving your natural tooth.

What to Expect During Root Canal Surgery
Root Canal Surgery is a minor surgical procedure designed to remove infection at the tip of the tooth’s root when conventional treatment alone is not sufficient. The procedure is performed with precision using advanced microsurgical techniques to ensure accuracy and comfort.
During your visit, the area will be carefully numbed before a small access is made to reach the root tip. The infected tissue is removed, the end of the root is cleaned, and a small filling is placed to seal the canal and prevent further infection.
Following treatment, the area is allowed to heal naturally. Most patients find the procedure well tolerated, with a straightforward recovery and a return to normal activity shortly after.
WHAT IS AN ENDODONTIST – AND WHY WAS I REFERRED TO A SPECIALIST?
WHAT IS AN ENDODONTIST – AND WHY WAS I REFERRED TO A SPECIALIST?
Advanced Endodontic Care for Pain Relief and Lasting Comfort
Endodontic treatment is designed to relieve discomfort and address the underlying cause
of the problem.
At Root Canal Care Center, care is led by board-certified endodontist Dr. William Nudera, combining advanced techniques with a precise, specialist approach to ensure treatment is both effective
and comfortable.
By focusing on accurate diagnosis and targeted care, we are able to treat the source of infection while preserving your natural tooth and supporting long-term oral health.
Patients often find that treatment is more straightforward than expected, with most discomfort coming from the condition itself rather than the procedure.
When Should You See an Endodontist?
Not all dental problems present with immediate or severe pain, but underlying issues can
still be developing.
If you’ve been advised to seek specialist care, have ongoing discomfort, or are unsure about the condition of a previously treated tooth, an evaluation by an endodontist can provide clarity.
See What Our Patients have to say…

I was referred to this Endodontic Group through my primary dentist and I give this group a 5 star. They are very up front on their fees and they check with your dental insurance and they have no hidden fees. If you need a root canal make an appointment with them for a consultation and you will be glad you did because they are very reasonable and very nice. Thank you Dr Nudera and Dr Kim.

When I asked my primary dentist who the most gentle and knowledgeable endodontist was, he immediately recommended Dr. Nudera and he was absolutely right. Dr. Nudera is incredibly talented and performed every procedure with precision and care, explaining each step along the way. He takes the time to listen, discuss options, and truly focuses on preserving your natural teeth. The staff is equally amazing, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Nudera to anyone, even if you have to travel—it’s worth it.

The dentists here are top notch!! I would not hesitant to have any of my family or friends to be treated by them. They are experts in the field and teach other dentists how to excel at doing root canals. They treat every patient like they are family and deliver outstanding care. Consider yourself lucky if you have to get a root canal by Dr. Nudera
